My Process

Images are created from my photographs which are digitally manipulated on the computer and printed on fabric.

For the quilted works, i baste the three layers together (top image, batting and backing), the original stitching designs are drawn in pencil on the back of the work and hand quilted from the back. The finished work is gallery-wrapped on stretched canvas.

For the collages, the printed fabric is cut apart in random strips and re-assembled as collages on stretched canvas.
